All Main Event entrants will receive a complimentary set of SmoothTiles^TM. Entries received by March 1, 2009 will receive a second set.

Hospitality Suite

We will be sponsoring a hospitality suite at the hotel. There will be (non-alcoholic) beverages and goodies available throughout the tournament. On Saturday afternoon, between Rounds 10 and 11, there will be a hospitality break for all players. Be sure to come join us!

T-Shirts

Main event entrants will receive one complimentary Oregon TILE 2009 T-shirt if entry is received by April 14, 2009. With your registration, please indicate your desired T-shirt size. All sizes are available; please let us know if you require a special size. The T-shirts are quality 100% pre-shrunk cotton T-shirts.

If you do not wish to receive a T-shirt, please indicate that instead.

Sunday Get-Together

After the Late Bird on Sunday, we invite you to join us for dinner and fun games at the Laurelwood Brewpub, located at 5115 NE Sandy Blvd. in NE Portland. Directions will be available for all who are interested.

Extras

Each player will be provided with a T-shirt, SmoothTiles^TM, and Contestant folder at Registration. The folder will contain a contestant scorecard, score sheets, and information about the Tournament. We will snap a picture of each player to include on our “Wall Board” of contestants.

If you are bringing a non-playing spouse, family member, or friend with you, please contact us. We will have information about points of interest in the Portland area available.
